We understand there could be a need to for Cancellations of any Booking you might have made or a product ordered.
Cancellations of Booking:
- If not mentioned specifically on the listing page, cancellation policy given here will apply.
- Any Booking which is cancelled can only be re-booked through Eventilators platform when availability of the dates and time is confirmed by our team or the service provider, as the case may be.
- Advance paid against booking or for further arrangements will not be returnable.
- Any cost incurred to provide service/s ordered or booked by you but cancelled without availing the same, would be collected and invoiced to due. This will be on cost basis as and when applicable to safeguard service provider/s from any undue loss.

Cancellation of order:
- An order can be cancelled anytime before it is processed.
- Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- As most products sold on our website are either made to order or specific to event, one time use products, no cancellation is possible and any refund request won't be entertained.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to reevaluate the purchase decision. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any acceptable reason, Eventilators has set guidelines in place, provided you fill out the form and submit it within the allowable duration of time.
The basis for approval will be evaluated on the following conditions:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
- The product should be unopened, unused and still in resalable condition. Original tags should still be attached (if any).
- The packaging should also be in its original condition from delivery. Some products are sealed, and we expect that the seal is intact when you return the product.
- To simplify the process, all Return/Exchange requests will be treated as a refund. Once you return the item, we will process it for refund, and you can always place another order for the intended product.
- You are encouraged to contact us at the soonest possible time for prompt processing of the Return/Exchange. Please make certain that the product you ordered will be returned in the same state that you received them.
- If you can’t return the item with the original (outer) packaging material intact, you can use any sturdy box and newspaper as fillers to minimise product movement during transport. You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by the use of unsuitable packaging.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
- Always use a traceable method of delivery when returning the item. This is to avoid disputes and minimise chances of a lost return parcel.
- Certain other products which require customisation or thematic products can not be returned.
- IF the order product has not been dispatched, delivered or received by you for to any reason, full refund upto the amount paid by you will be refunded.
- If the product received by you is received in broken or non-working condition, you must intimate us through email within 48 hours. We will send the replacement and pick-up the earlier sent product after due diligence.
- Certain products are non-returnable, namely:
- Lingerie and Intimate wear
- Socks and Stockings
- Customised apparel
- Thematic apparel and props
- Cosmetics and Fragrances
- Rentals or the rented articles
